This ONE-DAY workshop will take the group through a variety of scripts from film, TV, and commercials. The class will be all about practicing the art of acting on-screen in front of the camera, where to stand, where to look, what to say, how to approach a script. There will also be “mock auditions” so they know what to expect when they step into an audition room.

The best takes on camera will be e-mailed back to the participants. Taught by Stephanie Herrera.

Testimonial

I’ve seen a real jump in their self-confidence

From a teacher’s point of view I just want to say thank you for providing my high school students with their first steps over the bridge to the world of professional improv. This has been an excellent opportunity for them to see themselves as performers outside of the high school setting and I’ve seen a real jump in their self-confidence and professionalism. I just want you to know that the gifts an event like this gives kids can last their whole lives. Thanks again!
